Fun Tummy Exercises You Can Do at Home to Flatten Stomach in Two Weeks!

Would you like some really fun tummy exercises, that you can do at the comfort of your own home, and reduce tummy fat? You`re at the right place! I will tell you what you can do, that is fun, easy, and brings visible results!

First, let me tell you – I do not like exercising, I hate it. BUT I know of some exercises that are so fun to do, I just can’t stop sometimes! And the best part is, they help to reduce tummy fat!

My favorite tummy exercise that is so much fun, is trampoline jumping! Yes, you read that right – Trampoline jumping. Mini trampoline costs up to 40 dollars and it’s a neat and lovely exercise and fun equipment that you just need to have at home. I do those jumps during TV commercials, which saves me so much time. 3-4 minutes of jumping every time and you’re done! Jumping highly improves metabolism (body’s ability to burn the fat) AND after jumping, your body keeps burning fat for a few more hours. How do you like THAT? Even more, when jumping, you shake your belly so much that the fat just keeps melting away! This is a must try!

Belly squeezes. This is an easy one, and a convenient one, because you can do this short exercise at home, at the office, you can do it in front of your boss! here is how you should do it:

exhale slowly, and as much as you can, then stop for a moment. Now squeeze your stomach muscles as hard as you can, and hold them to the count of 7. Inhale slowly. Repeat for the total of 3 minutes.
